Worry stones are an excellent tool for both mental and emotional relief, in moments of acute distress and anxiety. The motion of rubbing the surface of a worry stone can also foster mindfulness and groundedness within oneself, and can be highly useful during mindfulness meditation.

Available in a variety of high quality crystals and stones; about 2" in length. Blue onyx worry stones are 1 3/4" long; selenite and opalite worry stones are 1 1/2" long. Bloodstone worry stones available in either 2" or 1 3/4" sizes.
