Policies

We want you to be happy with your order. Since we do not offer any returns or refunds.  So we ask you please ask any questions ahead of time so we can help you out. We'll do everything we can to make sure you love what you order. 

If you order a deck and open it and it is missing cards or has damaged cards - please reach out to the manufacturer. They will be happy to ship you replacements. If you need help with this please let us know. 

If you are concerned about your stuff arriving please choose tracked package, expedited, or priority (or same day if available). If you choose s shipping without tracking we cannot help with lost packages. If your stuff does not arrive and you chose a tracking method please reach out and we will do what we can. 

If your box arrived damaged or stuff is broken or damaged please send us pictures and we will refund your order or ship a replacement.
