The Tarot of the Sevenfold Mystery (2nd Edition)
A mystical deck, deeply expressive of Hermetic philosophy and inspired by 19th Century art.
Created by well-known author and creator Robert M. Place, The Tarot of the Sevenfold Mystery expresses the transcendental philosophy that is linked to the origin of the Tarot and illustrates the ancient Western theory of the three soul levels and the seven soul centres that function as the steps in this mystical ascent. It can be read on many levels, from the mundane to the spiritual, and can uncover the longings of the soul.
The creation of The Tarot of the Sevenfold Mystery began at the dawn of the 21st century and was initially inspired by the sumptuous paintings of the 19th century English painter, Edward Burne-Jones. His work embodies the mystical ideal that physical beauty and spiritual beauty are linked, and can lead to the experience of beauty itself as a mystical truth.
This all-new Second Edition features the same distinctive artwork seen in the original First Edition, but with gold edging, and a sturdy cloth-covered box with slipcase.
This deck comes with 78 cards, and a small condensed guidebook. Each card is 4.75" x 2.75".
