El Camino Oracle

El Camino Oracle guides us through an enlightening journey that honours ancestral wisdom and celebrates cultural heritage. The 44 cards, with titles in Spanish and English, feature pre-Columbian imagery and folk art presented in the vivid colours of traditional textiles.

In the 112-page illustrated guidebook, Sabina shares stories for context and prompts for assimilating the cards’ concepts into our daily lives. While her family’s own immigrant experience is steeped in Caribbean and Hispanic roots, El Camino Oracle offers all of us the universal gift of self-discovery.

About the Author

Sabina Espinet is a mixed-media artist. She has illustrated several oracle decks and contributed to Pride Tarot, a collaborative tarot deck. Her childhood fascination with Catholic prayer cards led her to explore their similarities to divination cards. She is a first generation immigrant, born in Colombia to Caribbean parents. Her multi-cultural heritage and early travels throughout South America has impressed upon her a life-long appreciation for diversity that she has carried into her work in unique ways. By combining traditional religious iconography, tarot, alchemy and pop culture archetypal symbols, Sabina explores the cross-cultural experience of ways we connect to The Divine. She obtained her B.F.A. in Painting from the University of South Florida, where she studied with Theo Wujcik.
