Calm Your Shit Down Tea
Sometimes life can get you all worked up. This tea will help you chill out, and even get to sleep.
Ingredients: Chamomile, Lavender, Spearmint and Valerian Root.
Add 1 tsp. to 1 cup hot water. Pray while steeping for 10 minutes. Sweeten to taste.
